Booking are secured once we receive a deposit (Usually 5,000 JPY).

Refund/Cancellation policy
We’re all here to enjoy ourselves, and we will do its best to give you an unforgettable experience. We are happy to discuss rescheduling should circumstances arise.
Full refund or rescheduling (except payment processing fees) – When we feel that the weather or sea conditions will prevent us from a safe and appropriate experience or ferry transportation is cancelled, or our staff are unable to attend (e.g. sickness).
Cancellation by you for day tours
You may cancel up to 3 days before the day of the experience for a full refund (except payment processing fees), within 3 days there will be a full refund except your deposit – 5,000 JPY.
Cancellation by you for multi-day tours
You may cancel up to 7 days before the first day of the experience for a full refund, within 7 days there will be no refund (of your deposit).
