Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to have an incredible experience. If circumstances change, we’re happy to discuss rescheduling.

Full Refund or Rescheduling

Deposit is fully refundable minus payment provider fees until 3 days before the experience. If we have to cancel, for example due to bad weather or staff sickness, you will receive a full refund minus payment provider fees. (Processing fees may apply.)

• If we determine that weather or sea conditions make the experience unsafe

• Should ferry transportation be cancelled

• If our staff cannot attend (e.g., due to illness)

Day Tour Cancellations

• Cancel at least 3 days in advance for a full refund (minus processing fees).

• If you cancel within 3 days, we will refund the full amount.

Multi-Day Tour Cancellations

• Cancel at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.

• If you cancel within 7 days, we cannot refund your deposit.
